FDF—100型非线性附着式电磁振动器是一种新型的机械振动装置,结构简单,振动效果好,功率小。可用于矿山、冶金、化工、建材、电力、轻工等行业。有效防止与排除贮物料仓(斗)“搭拱”、“堵塞”现象,以及振捣各类混凝土预制件等。 1.工作原理 FDF—100型振动器是一种冲击式、共振型、非线性的电磁振动器,利用非线性电磁振动头,在单相半波脉冲的激振作用下,依靠具有自反馈性能的非线性控制弹簧组与双质点振动系统,产生与激振电流同频率、同相位的共振型强迫振动,再经过第二级非线性型控制弹簧和悬臂式冲击锤头,产生更强烈的冲击振动。
