一.铅-锡合金焊锡 这种焊锡的特点是可用范围广(可用以焊接金、银、铜、锌等金属制品)、熔点低(230~270℃)、延展性好。其配方为铅(Pb):锡(Sn)=50%:50%。配制前先用稀盐酸(HCl)把铅、锡表面的氧化层腐蚀净,并用水冲洗多次,用吸水纸把水吸干即可按比例称量,铅、锡分开放。将锡放入坩埚(或瓷钵)内加热,到锡开始熔化时速将铅倒入不断搅拌。待全熔后,搅拌均匀即可将其倒在事先备好的铁板(表面光滑的石板上也可以)上,并迅速将其压成2~3mm厚的薄片,冷却后切成宽3~4mm的条即可。
