脑血管病是一种常见病、多发病,由于其发病率高、病死率高、病残率高,严重危害人民健康和影响社会主义建设。1958年以来我科收住院治疗了脑血管病2180人次,占同期住院总人次的37.58%。为了积极开展脑血管病的防治,我们把其中常见而诊断又较明确的高血压性脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出、颈动脉系统动脉硬化性脑血栓形成、心源性脑栓塞、小脑后下动脉血栓形成等共1227例作以简要小结,供临床和教学参考。
