在近些年,聚乙烯(PE)管应用领域越来越多,尤其是在管道输送以及修复方面。而PE管在广泛应用之余,所面临的突出问题就是关于熔接质量的检测。现在,我国主要通过对熔接施工现场进行控制以及视觉来检测,缺少科学有效的PE管道检验方法。因为PE管自身材质特性以及施工场地的特殊性,所以超声检测技术在PE管道检验中有了很大的用武之地。本文主要从当前施工现场中的PE管道检验出发,分析了超声检测在PE管道检验方面的应用。
In recent years, polyethylene (PE) pipe applications are more and more, especially in the pipeline and repair. The PE pipe in a wide range of applications, the outstanding issue facing the test is about the quality of welding. At present, our country mainly through the control of the welding construction site and visual inspection, the lack of scientific and effective method of PE pipe inspection. Because of its own material properties of PE pipe and the particularity of the construction site, ultrasonic testing technology has great use in the PE pipe inspection. This article mainly from the current construction site of the PE pipeline testing, analysis of the ultrasonic testing in the PE pipeline inspection applications.
