我国企业面对的是全球化的市场竞争,传统的企业管理在现代化经济建设和信息化产业革新大趋势中愈来愈显得力不从心。消除企业竞争力的薄弱环节,探索创新企业管理体制的新动力,已经成为我国企业全面适应市场经济提高自身竞争力的重要目标。全面预算管理中成本的管控对企业管理改革具有重要意义,因此重视全面预算管理,分析全面预算管理的现状以及深化全面预算管理,将帮助企业降低成本、树立市场不败地位。
Chinese enterprises are faced with the globalization of market competition. The traditional management of enterprises has become increasingly powerless in the general trend of modernization and information industry reform. To eliminate the weak links in the competitiveness of enterprises and to explore new impetus to innovate the management system of enterprises has become an important goal for Chinese enterprises to fully adapt to the market economy and improve their own competitiveness.
