建立了焊缝自动跟踪控制系统,给出了设计的传感器控制量、焊炬的控制量。MatlAB仿真验证结果表明,应用的PID和模糊控制是可行的,可以在发挥各自的优点的同时,完成设计需要。
The automatic tracking control system of welding seam is established, and the designed sensor control volume and welding torch control volume are given. The simulation results of MatlAB show that the applied PID and fuzzy control are feasible and can fulfill the design needs while exerting their respective advantages.
