本实验对于氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法检验生活饮用水中硒含量进行检验方法确认,硒含量在0~10μg/L的范围呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为1.000,仪器检出限为0.004μg/L,水质样品中硒的回收率为100.8%、114.9%,精密度为0.64%、0.76%。应用本方法测试湘西40个井水中硒含量,只有保靖县葫芦镇黄金泉8.89ug/L含量较高,接近于GB 8537-2008《饮用天然矿泉水》标准。23个水井硒含量:0.09-8.89ug/L,占总抽样量的57.5%。17个水井硒含量低于检出限,占总抽检量的42.5%。根据GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》硒项目进行评价,40个井水都在国家标准允许的范围之内,没有安全风险。
In this experiment, the determination of selenium content in drinking water by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was confirmed. The correlation coefficient was 1.000 and the detection limit was 0.004 μg / L. The recoveries of selenium in water samples were 100.8% and 114.9%, respectively. The precision was 0.64% and 0.76% respectively. Applying this method to test selenium content in 40 wells in western Hunan, only the content of 8.89ug / L of Jinquanquan in Huluo Town of Baojing County is relatively high, close to the standard of “Drinking Natural Mineral Water” of GB 8537-2008. Selenium content of 23 wells: 0.09-8.89ug / L, accounting for 57.5% of the total sample size. Selenium content of 17 wells below the detection limit, accounting for 42.5% of the total sampling. According to GB 5749-2006 “drinking water health standards” selenium project evaluation, 40 well water are within the scope of national standards, there is no security risk.
