我是去年7月下旬由山东来西北参加建設的青年,当我們一行800多人将离开自己的故乡山东时,当时领导上为了不使我們沿途发生任何困难,还派了一些同志照料我們,8月初我们就順利地到达宁夏回族自治区的首府銀川市。接着不几天,自治区組織上很快就分别把我們分配到电动机械厂、汽車修配厂、磷肥厂、鋼铁厂、糖厂、电厂等十多个企业单位,直到工作分定,照料我們前来的同志們才放心地离开我們,临行还給我們带了些家信。走上新的工作岗位,我們大家都觉得非常光荣和幸福,每逢同来
