’93国际腹腔镜外科与消化道治疗内镜会议于1993年10月4～7日在武汉市同济医科大学协和医院胜利召开,与会代表近200人。会议的中心课题是推广新技术,由新加坡及香港地区著名专家表演了腹腔胆囊切除术,共进行4例手术,现场表演的两例均为广泛粘连的复杂病例。术者以高度娴熟的技术,完成了镜下切除术。治疗内镜选择了较复杂而巨大的总胆管结石,由美国及香港专家现场表演乳头切开及多种碎石方法,取石成功。国内专家用国产食管静脉曲张套扎器进行了成功的套扎表演及硬化剂注射表演。会议第二个中心课
’93 International Conference on Laparoscopic Surgery and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy was successfully held in Renhe Hospital, Tongji Medical University, Wuhan from October 4 to October 1993 with nearly 200 participants. At the center of the conference was the promotion of new technologies. Celiac cholecystectomy was performed by well-known experts from Singapore and Hong Kong. A total of 4 surgeries were performed. Both of the live performances were complicated cases with extensive adhesions. The surgeon completed a microscopic resection with a highly skilled technique. Endoscopic treatment of the more complex and huge choledocholithiasis selected by the United States and Hong Kong experts live nipple incision and a variety of gravel method, stone success.
