目的:建立一测多评法(QAMS)同步测定复方土荆皮酊中土荆皮乙酸-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(PABG)、土荆皮丙酸(PAC)和土荆皮乙酸(PAB)3种二萜类成分的含量。方法:以土荆皮乙酸为内参物,建立其与土荆皮乙酸-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和土荆皮丙酸的相对校正因子(RCF)(分别是0.681 4和1.225 3),利用该校正因子计算其他2种二萜类成分的含量,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定17批次复方土荆皮酊中3种二萜类成分的含量,比较计算值与实测值间的差异,验证一测多评法的准确性和可行性。结果:可以采用一测多评法对17批次复方土荆皮酊中的3种二萜类成分进行测定,其计算值与实测值间无显著差异,实验所得的校正因子可信。结论:建立的一测多评法同步测定复方土荆皮酊中3种二萜类成分的含量是可行的、准确的,可用于复方土荆皮酊的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a multi-assessment method (QAMS) for the simultaneous determination of PABG, PAC and PCA in Compound Di Jing Pei tincture PAB) three diterpenoid content. Methods: The relative calibration factors (RCFs) of acetic acid-O-β-D-glucoside and earthworm propionate were established with acetic acid as soil reference material (0.681 4 and 1.225 3 respectively) Using the correction factor to calculate the content of the other two kinds of diterpenoid components, to achieve a test more evaluation; the same time, the external standard method was used to determine the content of three batches of diterpenoids in 17 batches of compound Jingjingpi tincture. The calculated value was compared with the measured The difference between the value of a test to verify the accuracy and feasibility of multiple assessment. Results: Three diterpenoids from 17 batches of compound prescriptions of Jingjing Pi tincture were determined by one test and multiple evaluation method. The calculated values did not differ significantly from the measured values. The calibration factors obtained from the experiment were credible. Conclusion: It is feasible and accurate to determine the content of three kinds of diterpenoids in compound rhizoma dioscoreae tincture by the method of multiple evaluation. The method can be used to evaluate the quality of compound rhodiola tincture.
