为研究沿海地区空气中所蕴含的海盐离子、水蒸气以及温度循环等因素对沥青混合料使用性能的影响。首先建立了沥青混合料室内盐-湿-热循环加速试验系统。基于该系统,研究了循环时长、温度、循环次数、盐分浓度等参数对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:在盐分侵蚀条件下,沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能、低温抗开裂性能、水稳定性受到不同程度的劣化。随着盐-湿-热循环次数增加,沥青混合料的间接拉伸强度、抗压强度、疲劳寿命均显著降低。在盐-湿-热循环下沥青混合料动态模量增大、相位角减小。
In order to study the influence of sea salt ions, water vapor and temperature cycling in the air on the service performance of asphalt mixture in coastal area. First of all, a salt-wet-thermal cycle accelerated test system for asphalt mixture is established. Based on this system, the effects of parameters such as cycle length, temperature, number of cycles and salt concentration on asphalt pavement performance were studied. The results show that the high temperature rutting resistance, low temperature anti-cracking performance and water stability of asphalt mixture are deteriorated to varying degrees under the conditions of salt erosion. With the increase of salt - wet - heat cycles, the indirect tensile strength, compressive strength and fatigue life of asphalt mixture decreased significantly. Under salt - wet - heat cycle, the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture increases and the phase angle decreases.
