目的通过检测血清中晚期糖基化终末产物(Advanced glycation end products,AGEs)的含量,分析AGEs与脑血栓形成患者存在相关性。方法收集临床病例100例,分为实验组、对照组,实验组为脑血栓形成患者(50例),对照组为同期体检健康者(50例);两组全部采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定空腹血清中AEGs的含量,比较实验组与对照组患者AGEs的差别变化。结果实验组与对照组AGEs水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);各组患者的性别、年龄等一般临床资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过此次研究发现,AGEs的增多与脑血栓形成患者病情的严重程度相关。
Objective To analyze the relationship between AGEs and cerebral thrombosis by detecting the content of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in serum. Methods A total of 100 clinical cases were collected and divided into experimental group, control group, experimental group with cerebral thrombosis (50 cases) and control group with healthy subjects (50 cases). ELISA and ELISA ) To determine the content of AEGs in fasting serum and compare the difference of AGEs in experimental group and control group. Results There was significant difference in AGEs levels between the experimental group and the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in general clinical data such as sex, age and other groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions This study found that increased AGEs correlated with the severity of the disease in patients with cerebral thrombosis.
