本文依据层式燃烧的机理、分析了间歇式倒焰窑冒黑烟的原因。指出消除黑烟的根本途径是改进燃烧方式、强化和稳定燃烧过程。基于倒焰窑的特点,采取改革窑体结构和供风系统,加强窑体的窑闭性和隔热保温性,施行规范化操作等一系列消烟除尘与节能措施。在长沙市湘中耐火材料厂进行了多次生产性试验,取得了排烟黑度由林格曼五级下降为二到一级:节能率可达15%的效果。
Based on the mechanism of layer combustion, this paper analyzes the reason of black smoke in batch type inverted kiln. Pointed out that the fundamental way to eliminate black smoke is to improve the combustion mode, strengthen and stabilize the combustion process. Based on the characteristics of the inverted flame kiln, a series of measures to eliminate smoke, dust and energy-saving are taken to reform the kiln structure and the air supply system, to strengthen the kiln’s kiln closure and thermal insulation, and to implement standardized operation. Hunan Xiangzhong Refractory Material Factory carried out several productive tests and achieved a black smoke emission reduction from Ringermann Grade 5 to Grade 2 to Grade 2 with an energy saving rate of up to 15%.
