缩瞳剂原料药迄今仍靠进口。最近,我们试用从蛇足草水溶性部分分离而得的提取物(LY-1),进行家兔和豚鼠缩瞳实验,发现LY-1具有明显的缩瞳作用,现将初步实验结果报告如下。一、材料来源实验用家兔和豚鼠均购自上海实验动物中心。毛果芸香碱由上海第一人民医院制剂室提供。HP-20大孔树脂为日本产品。 LY-1的提取:将浙江产蛇足草(Lycopodium Serrarum Thunb)干品打粗粉并过80目筛。用95%酒精回
The miotic APIs have so far been imported. Recently, we tried the extract (LY-1) isolated from the water-soluble fraction of Scutellaria and performed miosis experiments in rabbits and guinea pigs. We found that LY-1 has a significant miotic effect. The preliminary experimental results are reported below. I.
