用普通琼脂糖快速电泳法和2,4—二硝基苯肼法分别测定21例AMI患者血清CK-MM亚型和PK的活力,动态观察AMI发病后不同时间CK-MM亚型和PK的变化,对比CK和CK-MB,以评价各指标在AMI后不同时间的诊断价值。结果:AMI发病5h内首次血清CK-MM3%高于心绞痛组和对照组,MM3/MM1比值高于心绞痛组和对照组(P<0.01)。而同时限测定的CK、CK-MB和PK与心绞痛组和对照组比较无差异(P>0.05);梗塞后6h内MM3/MM1诊断阳性半天高19~24h内PK和CK-MB诊断阳性率最高;36~72hCK诊断阳性率最高。血清CK-MM亚型,尤其是MM3/MM1是AMI最早、最敏感的生化指标。
