齿龈上、下的菌斑为幽门螺杆菌(HP)的生存提供了所需的、理想的微量需氧环境。有关由口腔藏匿的HP导致胃再感染的研究报告相互矛盾。作者的目的就是研究菌斑及胃粘液中藏匿HP的可能性。 材料和方法 收集有牙患者上、下齿龈磨牙或前磨牙近侧间隙的菌斑81例,收集无牙患者假牙组织面菌斑41例,用标准胃镜软刷收集上述122例胃体及胃窦粘膜中的胃粘液,将等量菌斑及胃粘液分散到5ml的生理盐水(作培养)及5ml的改良尿素肉汤中(检查尿素酶活性)。对每例菌斑及胃粘液配对标本离心,并分别接种到非选择性10%的马琼脂培养基及选择性
