从1988年5月27日武汉市成立我国第一家产权交易市场至今,中国产权市场已走过近20年的历程。20年来,尤其是3号令颁布施行之后,中国产权市场取得了令人可喜的成就。产权市场在中国多层次资本市场建设和经济发展中的功能和地位越来越重要。然而,产权市场要想取得更大的发展,仍然需要各方的共同努力。作为长期关注、报道产权市场的刊物,《上海国资》自2008年起每期特别推出“中国产权”特刊,以期记录和推动中国产权市场的发展。
From May 27, 1988 to the establishment of Wuhan, China’s first property rights exchange market so far, China’s property market has gone through nearly 20 years of history. In the past 20 years, especially after the promulgation and implementation of Decree 3, China’s property market has made gratifying achievements. The function and position of property market in China’s multi-level capital market construction and economic development have become increasingly important. However, for the property market to achieve greater development, it still needs the joint efforts of all parties. As a publication that has long been concerned about and reported on the property rights market, Shanghai State-owned Assets has issued a special issue of “China Property Rights” since 2008 in order to record and promote the development of the property rights market in China.
