许多研究表明,细胞表面的变化对恶性肿瘤的发生起着重要作用。培养细胞的研究证明,细胞被致瘤病毒和致癌物在体外诱发恶性转化后,质膜有许多改变。如营养物运输速率增加;细胞对某些外源性凝集素的凝集性增强;高分子量粘糖蛋白量减少以及糖脂和糖肽结构改变。然而没有一项能单独预示一定会引起肿瘤。
Many studies have shown that cell surface changes play an important role in the development of malignant tumors. Studies of cultured cells have demonstrated that there have been many changes in the plasma membrane following induction of malignant transformation of cells by tumorigenic viruses and carcinogens. Such as the increase in the rate of nutrient transport; the agglutination of certain exogenous lectins in cells; the reduction in the amount of high-molecular-weight glycoproteins and the changes in the structure of glycolipids and glycopeptides. However, none of them alone can predict that it will cause cancer.
