围绕控制路堤沉降这一高等级公路路堤工程中的关键问题 ,对路堤自重减轻和路堤下软土复合地基加固两方面的关键技术进行了研究。在路堤重量减轻技术方面 ,分析了粉煤灰填料路堤重量减轻技术及当前应用与研究状况 ,重点分析了当前新兴的聚苯乙泡沫塑料 EPS超轻质堤料路堤重量减轻技术的应用与研究现状。通过对 EPS进行三轴试验 ,深入分析了 EPS的应力 -应变关系特征 ,同时通过 EPS大型块体载荷试验对分析结论进行了宏观验证 ;正确揭示 EPS内在的力学特征对 EPS路堤工程的沉降变形计算具有重要的意义。通过对宁—通一级公路 K 1 0 2 +990断面处路堤沉降数值模拟分析 ,对比了 EPS超轻质块体填料、粉煤灰轻质填料、普通土填料及复合地基加固对路堤沉降影响的差异 ,分析了 EPS路堤造价与复合地基加固路堤造价的差异 ,分析了 EPS在土工领域独特而广泛的应用价值和应用 EPS节省土地资源的长远社会意义。在路堤下软土复合地基加固技术方面 ,分析了当前高等级公路软基加固中常用的复合地基加固技术研究现状 ,特别对路基复合地基加固实际工程中极为关心的沉降问题和临界桩长问题进行了全面深入分析 ,指出了当前复合地基沉降计算和临界桩长确定的研究所存在的问题。分析了半解析元法在地基工程中的应用与研究现状 ,
