水泥填充性对水泥净浆和砂浆的流动性有很大影响。本研究通过调整水泥粒度分布提高填充性,实现在低水灰比下可搅拌,优化设计出高强混凝土用水泥。通过调整熟料细度提高填充性的水泥具有较高的流动性。研究发现,流动性与填充率有很大关系。水泥材料中掺加硅粉的试验发现,在低热水泥中掺加17.5%的硅粉时填充率为最大,而随着填充率的增大,砂浆的流动性也会提高。另外,在相同砂浆流动性条件下,最大填充率的水泥,强度也最高。置于20℃水中养护,经调整粉体细度后,91天龄期的砂浆强度为170N/mm2,而掺入硅粉的砂浆强度为210N/mm2以上,都达到高强度水准。
Cement filler has a great influence on the fluidity of cement paste and mortar. In this study, the cement particle size distribution can be adjusted to improve the filling property, which can be stirred at low water-cement ratio to optimize the design of cement for high-strength concrete. Cement that increases fillability by adjusting the fineness of clinker has high fluidity. The study found that liquidity and fill rate have a great relationship. The experiment of adding silica fume to cement materials found that the filling rate was the highest when 17.5% silica fume was blended into the low-heat cement, and the liquidity of the mortar increased with the increase of filling rate. In addition, under the same mortar flow conditions, the maximum filling rate of cement, the highest strength. Placed in 20 ℃ water conservation, after adjusting the fineness of the powder, mortar strength of 91 days of age is 170N / mm2, and the strength of mortar mixed with silica fume is 210N / mm2 above, have reached the level of high intensity.
