在总结国内外工程估价方法的基础上 ,以 Windows为平台 ,利用 Fox Pro系统核心模块的存贮管理、事务管理、数据库控制和维护工具等功能 ,开发了面向工程造价管理的水电工程估价系统。该系统用模糊判别法作为确定识别类似工程的方法 ,对水电工程进行项目划分 ,选择相似分项工程 ,采用指数平滑法建立快速估价数学模型 ,灵活地进行历史工程数据库的维护和管理及拟建工程的快速估价分析和计算。经算例证明 ,该系统可满足水电工程估价的要求
On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign engineering valuation methods, using Windows as a platform, using the functions of storage management, transaction management, database control and maintenance tools of Fox Pro system core modules, a hydropower project valuation system for project cost management was developed. The system uses fuzzy discriminant method as a method to identify similar projects, divides hydropower projects into projects, selects similar sub-items, adopts exponential smoothing method to establish rapid evaluation mathematical model, and flexibly conducts maintenance and management of historic project database and plans to build. Rapid assessment and calculation of the project. The example shows that the system can meet the requirements of hydropower project valuation
