军队博士后人才资源整合模式研究

目前,军队博士后人才资源的有效配置受到管理制度、沟通平台等方面的制约,影响了军队博士后人才资源效能的发挥,需要从外部和内部两个方面对军队博士后人才资源进行整合。外部整合主要针对军队博士后管理制度的完善进行;内部整合是在建立科研信息平台的基础上,分别从人才整合、项目整合、资金整合和设备整合四个方面进行。

At present, the effective allocation of resources for post-doctoral personnel in the armed forces is restricted by the management system and communication platform, which affects the effectiveness of resources for postdoctoral personnel in the armed forces. The post-doctoral talent resources of the military need to be integrated from both the external and the internal aspects. External integration is mainly aimed at perfecting the postdoctoral management system of the military; internal integration is based on the establishment of a scientific research information platform, from four aspects of personnel integration, project integration, capital integration and equipment integration respectively.
