研究了多晶薄膜 n—TiO_2光阳极通过掺杂以扩展其在可见光区的光谱响应。分别掺入的多种非稀土元素均能扩展其光谱响应,与稀土元素一同掺入可同时增加光阳极在紫外区的量子效率。对掺杂 TiO_2光阳极光电化学性能的研究表明,光谱响应的扩展与其禁带宽度的减小有关。
The polycrystalline thin film n-TiO 2 photoanode was doped to extend its spectral response in the visible region. A variety of non-rare earth elements were incorporated to expand its spectral response, with rare earth elements can be incorporated together with the quantum anodes in the UV quantum efficiency. The investigation of the photoelectrochemical properties of doped TiO_2 photoanode shows that the extension of the spectral response is related to the decrease of the bandgap.
