当前,“五严”背景之下。“减负增效”、“高效课堂”和“教育创新”已经是不可逆转的时代对数学教育的要求。显然老师靠加班加点来提高教学效益的高耗模式已经没有出路。所以要提高教学效益,必须把课堂作为教学的主阵地。教师要“迫使”自己改变教育教学观念和教学方式来建立有效课堂、高效课堂。因为构建高效的课堂教学是提高课堂效益的必要途径。当然我个人认为“提高课堂效益”应该说是一个比较大的话题,因为它牵涉到方方面面的因素。有学生的因素、学校的因素、甚至还包括家长和社会的因素,当然最核心的因素是老师的因素。比如说,老师的道德涵养、知识水平、组织实施教育教学的能力等等都包含其内。这次,从两位专家的精彩课堂展示以及精彩报告也可以看得出,他们在这方面已经为我们做了表率。他们为此也付出了很多,也曾为此出现过改革的“阵痛”。
