潞河中学附属学校是北京市城乡新区一体化发展建设学校,是一所九年一贯制学校。潞河中学附属学校与潞河中学实行“一个法人代表一体化管理”的制度。潞河中学校长兼任附属学校校长,同时派一名副校长到附属学校担任执行校长和党支部书记,主持学校全面工作,保证潞河中学附属学校与潞河中学一体化发展。基于两所学校的实际情况,我们认为充分吸收潞河中学厚重的文化底蕴、“人格教育”的优良传统,构建潞河中学附属学校的学校文化,用学校文化引领学校发展、凝聚
