目的:研究分析艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎患者使用集束化护理的效果,为临床护理服务提供可靠的依据.方法:2016年1月至2019年1月我院对艾滋合并肺孢子菌肺炎患者15例进行了分析研究,将患者分成了试验组和对照组,对两组的资料情况进行对比分析.结果:试验组患者平均住院时间,住院费用和一周好转率均比对照组优秀,两组结果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05).结论:集束化护理可以提升患者的依从性,减少患者的住院时间,节约患者的医疗费用,临床中效果理想,值得推广使用.
