教师的转型问题是高职院校存在的一个共同问题。职业院校教师转型的本质,是通过实现教师的技能化,适应培养具有实践操作技能的劳动者的要求。成功实现教师的转型是适应教育形势发展的需要,是职业院校生存和发展的需要。教师的转型从根本上就是要实现由理论教学向实践教学的转变、由知识传授向实训操作转变。
The transformation of teachers is a common problem existing in higher vocational colleges. The essence of the transition of teachers in vocational schools is to meet the teachers’ skills and meet the requirements of cultivating laborers with practical skills. The successful realization of teachers’ transition is to meet the needs of the development of education and the need of survival and development of vocational colleges. The transformation of teachers fundamentally is to realize the change from theory teaching to practice teaching, from knowledge transfer to practical training operation.
