在指南的引领和教师的教育教学实践中。我体会创设孩子喜欢的班级环境和区域,要以幼儿为主体与幼儿互动才能体现有效性。怎样提供可视化的、有意义的、呈现隐性和显性的教育价值。教师要确实把握好体现儿童化、课程化、游戏化、有效性的原则。就必须在环境创设中以幼儿为主,内容要展示童真童趣,符合幼儿年龄特征和兴趣需要,体现儿童参与和儿童发展的原则。这就需要创设幼儿喜欢的课程主题和区域环境。主题环境与区域合理有效的互动才能提升幼儿的综合能力。
