目的:探讨促肝细胞生长素对重型肝炎及慢性重度肝炎病人的临床治疗效果。方法:对36例重型肝炎及32例慢性重度肝炎患者采用基础治疗加用促肝细胞生长素治疗,并于2、4、6周时分别记录症状及生化学检查,统计治疗的有效率。结果:加用促肝细胞生长素后,重型肝炎及慢性重度肝炎6周时治疗的总有效率分别为76.5％、100％。结论:在重型肝炎及重度肝炎时,值得应用促肝细胞生长素。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hepatocyte growth-promoting factor on patients with severe hepatitis and chronic severe hepatitis. Methods: Thirty-six patients with severe hepatitis and 32 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were treated with basic hepatocyte growth-promoting factor and symptoms and biochemical tests were recorded at 2, 4 and 6 weeks, and the effective rate of treatment was calculated. Results: After adding hepatocyte growth-promoting factor, the total effective rates of treatment of severe hepatitis and chronic severe hepatitis at 6 weeks were 76.5% and 100% respectively. Conclusion: In severe hepatitis and severe hepatitis, it is worth applying hepatocyte growth-promoting factor.
