以实测和工业性试验为依据,探索了轴向调整系统中的负载特性。着重研究了速度效应与连杆负载的关系;分析了轴向调整机构频繁损坏的原因和第一中间辊轴承设计的力学判式。提出了关于保证轴向调整系统正常运转的临界速度的新见解,为轴向调整机构的合理设计和使用提供了理论依据。
Based on the measured and industrial tests, the load characteristics of the axial adjustment system were explored. The relationship between speed effect and connecting rod load was emphatically studied. The reason of the frequent damage of the axial adjusting mechanism and the mechanical criterion of the first intermediate roller bearing design were analyzed. A new opinion about the critical speed of the normal operation of the axial adjustment system is put forward, which provides a theoretical basis for the rational design and use of the axial adjustment mechanism.
