1998年6月2日,参加在某夜总会舞厅举办的“新刑法知识竞赛”活动的部分人员发生急性皮肤、眼睛灼伤事故。通过调查,该起事故是因高压荧火汞灯玻璃灯罩破损未及时更换而引起紫外线辐射造成的,现报告如下。调查结果1．发病情况:本次活动参加人员共205人,持续时间2小时,首例病人发生于活动结束时,其他病例发生于活动后2~15小时,共计发病数21例,发病率10.20%,门诊治疗9例。主要临床表现为脸面部、颈部、前臀暴露部位皮肤发红、烧灼
