为探寻高填方涵洞最佳减荷效果和优化减荷措施设计,通过有限元软件MARC研究了高填方涵洞在不同EPS模量、厚度和铺设范围等情况下的涵顶垂直土压力与变形特性。研究结果表明:涵顶垂直土压力及涵顶内外填土差异沉降与EPS模量、铺设宽度呈正相关,其中EPS板模量取值不超过5MPa且在涵顶全宽范围铺设为宜;涵顶垂直土压力与EPS板厚度呈负相关,但EPS厚度并非越大减荷效果越好,当其增至一定厚度后减荷效果基本不再增加,工程实际中建议EPS厚度取不超过80cm为宜。
In order to explore the optimal loading effect of culvert and the design of optimal load reduction measures, the vertical culvert pressure and deformation of culvert in high fill culvert under different EPS modulus, thickness and laying range were studied by finite element software MARC characteristic. The results show that the vertical earth pressure on the culvert and the differential settlement of the fillings inside and outside the culvert are positively correlated with the EPS modulus and the width of the laying. The modulus of the EPS slab does not exceed 5MPa and is suitable for laying in the full width of the culvert. The vertical earth pressure is negatively correlated with the thickness of the EPS board, but the EPS thickness is not greater, the better the load reduction effect is. When the thickness is increased to a certain thickness, the load reduction effect basically does not increase any more. In practice, the proposed EPS thickness should not exceed 80cm .
