顺应媒体融合的业内推进,国内各高校纷纷尝试引进西方教育教学理念和模式,倡导媒介融合型教育改革。“媒体融合型”教育教学的实质就是要突破那种按各媒体种类设置专业方向和课程体系的传统做法,既着眼于学生的学业,更着眼于学生的就业与创业,让学生具备更加合理的知识结构和创新实践能力,本文比较中西新闻教育的培养理念和办学机制的现实差异,以及传统教育观念的不同,提倡高校应基于地方高校的办学条件和现实环境,针对地方媒体所需人才情况,制定更切合实际的培养目标,构建人文素养、伦理素养和媒介素养一体化的“媒介融合型”培养体系。
