以离合器配合副为研究对象,建立材料温胀数学模型,进行不同材料零件的温胀试验,获得材料的膨胀系数;在离合器工作温度范围内求解配合副的配合间隙,设计合理的配合精度;编制人机对话程序求解零件的即时加工尺寸,实现根据环境温度对制造精度纠偏量进行补偿;满足配合副的运动和密封精度要求。
Taking the clutch mating pair as the research object, the mathematic model of material temperature expansion was set up and the thermal expansion test of different material parts was carried out to get the expansion coefficient of the material. The fitting clearance of the mating pair was solved within the working temperature range of the clutch, Man-machine dialogue program to solve the parts of the real-time processing size, according to the ambient temperature to achieve manufacturing precision correction amount to compensate; meet the Deputy’s motion and seal accuracy requirements.
