“输出驱动假设”的提出为英语专业写作课的改革提供了理论指导。本文结合“输出驱动假设”理论,以《英语写作手册》为例,对英语专业写作课教材内容设置的问题和局限性进行了具体分析,并对教材编撰和修订提出了相应的意见建议。教材编撰需要克服结构固化、趣味性匮乏和互动性不足的问题,突出趣味性和新鲜感,突出互动性和网络化。
“Output-driven hypothesis ” proposed for the reform of English writing course provides a theoretical guidance. Based on the theory of “output-driven hypothesis” and the “English Writing Handbook” as an example, this paper analyzes the problems and limitations of the textbooks for writing English majors and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions on the compilation and revision of textbooks . The compilation of textbooks needs to overcome the problems of structural solidification, lack of interestingness and lack of interactivity, highlighting interestingness and freshness, and emphasizing interactivity and networking.
