目前技校的培训模式基本上是注重知识传授和技能训练,忽视能力和综合素质培养,根据我省技校实际,可考虑作以下几方面的改革尝试:1.理论课实验化。传统的专业理论课一般采用口授方法,涉及的实验往往是点缀,学员相关的动手能力较差。在条件具备的前提下,可考虑将专业课程划分为几个课题。学员在教师的指导下,以实验形式去完成,最后由师生共同总结,引出定理或原理。2.技能培训模拟化。传统的培训方式一般是教师示范、学员跟着做,教师巡导。这种模式有其简单的优点,但与实际工作距离过大。例如“电拖”“机电维修”培训课题,学员在实验室里能分析、排除各类故障,但面对一台实际机床往往无从下手。因此.有条件时尽可能采用模拟设备和装置,以达到仿真效果。
