In order to further implement the “Notice of the State Council General Office on Forwarding the Guidance Opinions of the State Economic Restructuring Office and Other Departments on the Reform of the Urban Pharmaceutical and Health System” (Guobo Office [2000] No. 16), the “Implementation of the Opinions on the Subsidy Policy for Public Health Care Services” was implemented. The Circular (Caishe [2000] No. 17) and the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Health printed and issued opinions on the reform of price management for medical services.
