覃某,男,30天,第二胎,足月产。以右上腹部隆起,渐增大30天入院。其母代诉:病儿出生时即发现右上腹有一枣子大小的肿物隆起,不红不痛。吮奶有力。以后肿物随年龄增长而增大,近两周来增大更为明显,局部皮肤呈紫红色。无发热、消瘦,无外伤史。其父母非近亲结婚,亦无类似病史。查体:T37.2℃,R30次/分、P130次/分,体重4.5kg。神清,安静,发育正常,营养中等。无黄疸。全身浅表淋巴结未扪及。心肺正常。右上腹有一半球形肿物隆起,局部皮肤呈紫红色,约8×6×6Cm,质中。局部有波动感,表面光滑,与皮肤粘连,活动度差,边界清,重压哭闹。未闻及血管杂音。肝脾正常。门诊以“右上腹壁肿物”收住院。辅助检查:血常规 RBC 3.1×10~(12)/L,
