关于肥达氏反应对伤寒是否具有诊断意义目前仍有争议。为此,我院1983～1988年将收治的385例伤寒中伤寒杆菌培养阳性的77例检测了伤寒患者病程中和非伤寒疾病50例患者的肥达氏反应,对肥达氏反应的应用价值及应用中的问题进行了研究。现将结果报告如下。
