目的：应用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定胃苏冲剂中柚皮甙含量。方法：用ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ柱，甲醇醋酸水（３５∶４∶６１）为流动相，检测波长２８３ｎｍ。结果：柚皮甙量在０．１２～１．０２μｇ范围内与色谱峰面积呈线性关系；回归方程＾Ｙ＝１７４１４０．３２Ｘ＋４３．３５，ｒ＝０．９９９７；平均加样回收率及ＲＳＤ分别为９８．７％和０．９８％。结论：该法建立了胃苏冲剂质量控制标准。
Objective: To determine the content of naringin in Weisu granules by RP-HPLC. Methods: The mobile phase was ShimpackCLC-ODS column and methanol-acetic acid-water (35:4:61). The detection wavelength was 283nm. Results: The content of naringin in the range of 0.12 ~ 1.02μg was linear with the chromatographic peak area. The regression equation was Y = 174140.32X + 43.35, r = 0.9997. The average recovery and RSD were 98.7% and 0.98%. Conclusion: This method established the quality control standard of Weisu granules.
