2003年10月24日,温家宝总理在重庆市云阳县人和镇龙泉村为农民熊德明追讨工资的事,震撼了农民的心,牵动了社会的方方面面,在全国引发了一场解决拖欠农民工工资的“清欠风暴”。之后,国家和地方政府纷纷出台有力政策,狠抓落实,具体维护了人民利益,人心大快。这是实践“三个代表”重要思想的具体行动。
