当地居民作为重要的利益相关者,其参与在生态旅游发展中起着至关重要的作用。文章在河源市生态旅游发展现状评价基础上,指出目前河源当地居民参与生态旅游发展中存在参与体制不健全,当地居民的利益保障不到位、当地居民参与能力有限,参与层次较低、形式单一,参与意识不强等问题,为当地居民参与河源生态旅游发展提出应该建立、健全当地居民的参与机制,加强参与教育培训管理,以“居民自治”为契机、强化参与意识等几点建议。
As an important stakeholder, local residents play a crucial role in the development of ecotourism. Based on the evaluation of the status quo of eco-tourism development in Heyuan City, the article points out that there is an imperfect participation system in the development of eco-tourism in Heyuan and that the interests of local residents are not guaranteed. Local residents have limited ability to participate, In order to participate in the development of ecotourism in Heyuan, this paper put forward some suggestions that local residents should participate in the mechanism of participation, strengthen their participation in education and training management, take “Residents ’autonomy ” as an opportunity to strengthen participation awareness.
