由中国铁道建筑总公司主持的《WG—1型发动机无外载测功仪》鉴定会于1993年10月25—26日在我院召开。鉴定会的主任委员由交通部公路科学研究所教授级高工何光里担任,北方交通大学教授杨超,北京农业工程大学教授黄天桂、河北省电子产品监督检验所高工李德敬、河北农业大学教授邝朴生担任鉴定委员,总后7420工厂、总公司十一局设备处作为代表参加了会议。
