得知蔡畅大姐逝世,无限悲痛！蔡畅同志把毕生精力贡献给妇女解放事业,她是中国妇女运动杰出的领导者和国际进步妇女运动的著名活动家。在我和蔡畅大姐的接触中,给我印象最深的,是她十分关心妇女干部的成长。她利用各种会议,推动大家重视培养妇女干部。她以身作则,亲自培训和教育妇女干部,鼓励妇女干部在革命实践中锻炼成长。 抗日战争时期,蔡大姐任中央妇委书记,她对延安各学校女学员,经常了解情况,配合组织上做好分配女干部的工作。1941年7月延安“女大”结束后,她选拔了20多名品学兼优的女大学生,到中央妇委工作,以后组织调查团,让她们深入农村,调查农村妇
Cai Chang eldest sister that died, unlimited grief! Comrade Cai Chang devoted her entire life to the cause of women’s liberation. She is an outstanding leader of the Chinese women’s movement and a prominent activist of the International Progressive Women’s Movement. What impresses me the most during my contacts with Miss Cai Chang is that she is very concerned about the growth of women cadres. She used all kinds of meetings to promote everyone’s attention to the training of women cadres. By example, she personally trained and educated women cadres and encouraged women cadres to cultivate and develop in revolutionary practice. During the war of resistance against Japan, she was secretary of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Youth League. She often learned about the situation of female students in Yan’an schools and cooperated with the organization to do a good job in allocating female cadres. In July 1941, after the conclusion of “Girl’s Congress” in Yan’an, she selected more than 20 well-performing female students to work for the Central Women’s Commission and later organized a survey mission to get them into rural areas and to investigate rural women
