对终丝畸胎瘤脊髓栓系误诊为尿路感染1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,31岁。因腰背部疼痛伴会阴部进行性麻木、小便不畅2周入院。曾因反复尿路感染多次在多家医院就诊,经给予抗炎治疗后好转,但反复发作,病情渐加重,出现会阴部麻木、小便不畅,近2周出现腰背部疼痛,来我院就诊。入院查
Teminal intrauterine teratoma tethered misdiagnosed as urinary tract infection in 1 case as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 31 years old. Due to low back pain with perineal progressive numbness, poor urination 2 weeks admitted.
