对26只窦性心律的狗,用PAS法及CAP法根据Strauss及Breithardt提出的公式,间接测定窦房传导时间(SACT_S及SACT_B),与从窦房结电图直接测得的SACT_D比较,发现右房上部PAS法的SACT_S与SACT_D虽相关,却有显著差别。其余各法测出的值与SACT_D均不相关。给予阿托品和心得安(普诺洛尔)后,除右房上部CAP法的SACT_B外,用间接法测出的SACT_S、SACT_B与SACT_D均显著相关,且PAS法(平台期)与CAP法测出的SACT_S与SACT_D无显著差别。后者可考虑作为间接测定SACT的较好方法,
