目的探讨球结膜下注射高三尖杉酯碱对眼球的毒性作用方法在兔眼局部应用０．３ｍｇ／ｍｌ、０ ．４５ｍｇ／ｍｌ二种不同浓度剂量的高三尖杉酯碱，观察视网膜电图的变化结果在 ０ ．４５ｍｇ／ｍｌ浓度下，兔眼视网膜电图与对照组相比，ｂ波振幅发生异常结论高三尖杉酯碱在一定的剂量范围内，可安全的应用于临床，以提高青光眼滤过手术的成功率
Objective To investigate the effect of subharminal injection of homoharringtonine on ocular toxicity in the eye of rabbits by 0.3 mg / ml, 45mg / ml two doses of different concentrations of homoharringtonine, observed changes in the results of electroretinogram at 0. At 45 mg / ml, the b-wave amplitude was abnormal in the rabbit eye electroretinogram compared with the control group. Conclusions Homoharringtonine can safely be used clinically in a dose range to improve the success of glaucoma filtration surgery rate
