沥青混凝土路面双层摊铺技术需同时协调双层摊铺机同两套拌和运输系统协调工作,因此对施工组织设计具有更高的要求。针对双层摊铺技术的施工特点及难点,以流水作业法作为理论基础,系统进行了沥青混凝土路面双层摊铺的施工组织设计;通过研究双层摊铺过程连续铺筑的条件,给出了混合料拌和站生产匹配方案,提出了计算运输车数量的理论方法及公式,并合理地进行了运输车辆配置;根据搭接网络计划方法、流水作业法的基本原理和保证路面摊铺连续进行的基本原则,绘制了施工网络计划图和进度图。以上成果均在实体工程实施过程中得到验证。
