1977年,我们在富平县华朱建立了地下水开发利用规划试验点。在当地水利部门的大力协助下,工作重点放在查清地下水开发利用现状、计算地下水资源、确定规划指标上。为此,先后开展了机井调查、动态观测、抽水试验等项工作,并在此基础上作出了华朱公社地下水开发利用规划。为了与同行探讨黄土地下水的开发利用问题,现将规划情况概略总结如下。一、公社概况及水利资源利用现状华朱公社位于富平县城东北约五公里处,有15个大队,93个小队,人口约两万五千人。土地面积45.6Km~2,现有耕地57257亩。公社内48％的地区属黄土台塬,46％的地区属洪积扇前缘洼地(俗称顺阳洼地),6％地区为河流阶地。黄土台塬区是开采浅于130m 的黄土中潜水及下伏的浅层承压水,洼地及
In 1977, we set up a pilot program for groundwater development and utilization planning in Hua Zhu, Fuping County. With the vigorous assistance of the local water conservancy department, the work focuses on identifying the status of groundwater exploitation and utilization, calculating groundwater resources and determining the planning targets. To this end, has carried out well surveys, dynamic observations, pumping tests and other work, and on this basis made Hua Zhu commune groundwater development and utilization planning. In order to discuss the development and utilization of loess groundwater with its peers, the planning is summarized as follows. I. Overview of the commune and utilization of water resources The commune is located about 5 kilometers northeast of Fuping County. It has 15 brigades and 93 squads and a population of about 25,000. Land area of 45.6Km ~ 2, the existing 57257 acres of arable land. In the commune, 48% of the area belongs to the Loess Plateau. 46% of the area belongs to the foreland depression of the alluvial fan (commonly known as Shunyang depression), and 6% of the area is a river terrace.
