过邦辅教授1945年毕业于上海圣约翰大学医学院，获理学士、医学博士，三年后去美国哈佛大学医学院，继而去英国伦郭大学皇家国立骨科医院进修骨科，解放后回国。历任上海市伤骨科研究所副所长、上海第二医科大学附属瑞金医院骨科教授兼主任，1993年退休。现居加拿大多伦多市。
Professor Guo Bangfu graduated from St. John’s University School of Medicine in Shanghai in 1945 and received a bachelor’s degree and a medical doctor’s degree. After three years, he went to Harvard Medical School in the United States and went on to study orthopedics at the Royal National Orthopedics Hospital of Lunhoku University in the United Kingdom. Former Shanghai Injury Orthopedics Research Institute, Shanghai Second Medical University affiliated Ruijin Hospital orthopedic professor and director, retired in 1993. Now living in Toronto, Canada.
